S(he) will conduct the following services at our clinic or at our client’s locations for their employees or prospective employees: Urine, Hair, or Saliva Drug testing and/or collections and Breath Alcohol tests. As needed, this position may also require in Clinic DNA oral swabs and DOJ Livescan.
Overall and In-Field Major Duties & Responsibilities:

Position Summary
This position will be accountable to the Back Office Supervisor to assist in back office activities. Responsibilities include email/fax/phone communication, drug/alcohol/COVID-19 test results, third-party administrative functions, SMART system input, invoices and billing, and internal quality assurance of all tests performed. Other, similar tasks may be assigned by the Back Office Supervisor. All activities must be completed with extreme focus and accuracy, exemplifying our Linking Values. In addition, as with every team member, you will assist end of day cleaning.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure test results are received, posted into the correct system, and communicated to the specific client(s).
- Responsible for managing the random administration for clients, to include: maintaining up to date client listings, on-time completion of random and follow-up testing, and coordinating other clinic collections.
- Preparation for weekly and monthly invoicing.
- Assist in other back office activities, as requested.
